Fire Main Projects

 Fire Main CIPP

A large warehouse for a multinational retail corporation discovered their fire main was leaking. To avoid costly and time-consuming demolition of indoor and outdoor structures, a certified Flow-Liner installer was contacted to provide a trenchless technology solution that would only require a small access pit outside. The Flow-Liner installer started this project with a thorough cleaning of the fire main and then began the Cured-in-Place-Pipe (CIPP) process. The crew successfully navigated a 90-degree bend and lined from inside the building to an access point outside the building, sealing the leak.

Chattanooga Fire Protection

Chattanooga Fire Protection contacted a Certified Flow-Liner Installer after discovering their customer was in dire need of Cured-in-Place-Pipe (CIPP) lining. In less than a full two day's work, the Certified Flow-Liner Installer, using a specially designed CIPP liner, was able to successfully line the existing fire line, navigating the vertical to horizontal elbow with no issue. Due to Flow-Liner's trenchless CIPP system, the customer did not have to demolish the concrete floor and wall.

Nature’s One Fire Lines

Nature's One found themselves in need of trenchless technology concerning a fire line that was buried under concrete. To avoid the costly and time consuming demolition of their floors, they contacted a certified Flow-Liner Installer.

Utilizing Flow-Liner's Cured-in-Place-Pipe lining (CIPP) for fire lines, the certified installer successfully lined the pipe. The newly lined pipe passed a 200psi hydrostatic test with flying colors.

Nature's One was very pleased to avoid the costly and destructive excavation of the concrete floors.
