Conduit Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms (Applies to All Projects)

Customer agrees to the attached proposal amount. Proposal amount is due upon completion of work or as set-up for payment or pay draws as scheduled by Enviro-Flow. All deposits are non-refundable.

Any alteration or deviation from the scope of work involving extra costs will be executed only upon written or oral authorization and will be billed as extra.

All estimated daily rates are based on a minimum of 8 hours per day. Pricing represents minimum cost unless otherwise stated.

Scope and pricing are based on information provided by the customer. All permits are the responsibility of the customer. This proposal is contingent upon credit approval.

Enviro-Flow is not responsible for failure due to conditions beyond control including water infiltration, hydrostatic pressure, flow conditions, weather, or acts of God. Additional work required will be billed time and material.

Flow control and traffic control are to be provided by the customer unless stated otherwise.

Enviro-Flow is not responsible for downtime, lost equipment, or underground obstructions.

Customer agrees not to hire Enviro-Flow employees during the project and for one year after.

This contract supersedes any contract provided by the customer.

All excavating work will be left at rough grade unless otherwise stated.

Enviro-Flow disclaims liability for smoke testing impacts, mold-related conditions, and damages from cleaning or preparation activities.

Ownership of materials remains with Enviro-Flow until paid in full.

Disputes shall be venued in Muskingum County, Ohio.

Additional mobilizations, training, and unforeseen work are billable.

All work is priced per setup; additional setups will be billed.

Sites must be accessible; otherwise time and travel will be billed.

Customer must carry appropriate insurance.

Pricing valid for 30 days.

2. Gravity / Non-Pressure Pipe Lining

Applies to sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and other non-pressure piping systems.

Liners are designed to span and seal pinholes, eliminate leakage through joints, and prevent internal corrosion.

Liners are not designed for pressure applications unless specifically stated.

A wrinkle or fluted deflection allowance of 5%–10% is acceptable.

Enviro-Flow is not responsible for failure due to excessive infiltration or structural failure of host pipe.

Cleaning may be required prior to televising and will be billed if needed.

Televising will be attempted from accessible entry points; if unsuccessful due to pipe condition, inspection is still considered complete.

Cutting or heating lined pipe requires manufacturer approval.

3. Conduit Lining (Electrical & Telecommunications)

Applies to electrical conduit, telecom conduit, and utility duct systems.

Customer is responsible for removing, identifying, or obtaining written approval for all wiring prior to lining and protecting all wiring systems.

Enviro-Flow and Flow-Liner are not responsible for damage to wiring, power surges, malfunctions, improper wire pulling, pre-existing defects, degraded insulation, stuck wiring, obstructions, unknown wiring, third-party actions, thermal effects, or non-compliant systems.

Enviro-Flow does not inspect, test, verify, or certify electrical or telecom systems.

Enviro-Flow is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or equipment damage.

Enviro-Flow reserves the right to refuse work or require additional costs if conditions are unsuitable.

4. Pressure Pipe Lining

Applies only when specifically stated in the proposal.

Customer is responsible for monitoring pressure, temperature, and chemical exposure and preventing thermal expansion or movement.

Failure to do so voids warranty.

Enviro-Flow is not responsible for failures in hot water, steam, or process piping systems or chemical exposure outside standard flowing conditions.

Chemical resistance claims are based on standard conditions and do not account for abnormal or unknown exposure.

5. Mandrel & Installation Requirements

Customer is responsible for verifying pipe/conduit is clear, continuous, and suitable and for providing proper mandrel sizing prior to installation.

Failure to meet these requirements may impact installation or void warranty.

6. Warranty & Limitations

The liner is intended to extend the life of existing infrastructure only. No additional performance guarantees are made.

Warranty is void if systems are exposed to excessive pressure, temperature, or chemicals or improper cleaning methods are used.

7. Acceptance

Customer acknowledges these terms upon receipt of invoice. These terms supersede all others.
