Hartford Skyscraper Saves Time and Money with Flow-Liner's CIPP for Roof Drains.

The idea to utilize non-invasive, non-destructive technology came when it was discovered that one of the roof drains from the 11th floor was leaking into the building.A certified Flow-Liner Installer was contacted to rehabilitate the existing roof drain.  Using Cured-in-Place-Pipe (CIPP) lining, the roof drain was lined over 130ft vertically, without issue. Just four months later, our Certified Flow-Liner installer would be back on site to install Flow-Liner's CIPP liners in 10 more of the 11th floor roof drains. All drains were over 130' and a few had bends. The drains were successfully lined with no issues navigating the bends.

"First let me say what a great job [the crew] did, we were very pleased with the result and the professionalism of the crew. Upon inspecting the pipe with the camera, the crew found the leader completely clogged at the bottom of the riser. The crew worked with our facilities staff to clear the pipe without issue. Once the pipe was cleared, the guys went efficiently about their business lining the pipe. They patiently and thoroughly explained each step of the process to me and other from the facilities department. Once the pipe was lined, we got to see first hand how robust the new lining actually was, and we couldn't have been more impressed.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this system to anyone else. It saved so much time and cost compared to replacing the original pipes."
