Tegra Manhole™ is the 'missing link' to a total plastic sewer system. The advanced design of the rib structure and shape
of the cone provides it with the required strength and stability against heavy traffic load.
Fields of application
Tegra Manhole™ provides easy access for sewer lining, inspection, cleaning and maintenance in sewer and drainage
systems in non-traffic and traffic areas. The load bearing capacity on an installed manhole is 40 tons truckload.
Range
The Tegra Manhole™ consists of three parts being the cone (top), the shaft and the base. The shaft is available in
different heights depending on the installation depth. The Tegra Manhole™ base is available in different flow profiles and
suitable for pipe connections from 6 inch to 15 inch. Tegra Manhole™ installation depths range from approximately 3 ft. to 26 ft.
The Tegra Manhole™ has spacious 24 inch entrance and diameter of approx. 40 inches. The manhole is supplied with an inside
ladder and optional telescopic safety rod. Extra "in-situ" pipe connections can easily be made.

Installation
Prepare a suitable bedding layer.
Place the Tegra Manhole™ base into position and make all pipe connections.
Apply lubricant to the rubber ring and place around the base.
Apply lubricant to the shaft socket and bring it to the correct position by placing in line the ladder marks on the outside
of the shafts.
Clean carefully before placing the rubber ring in position at the next shaft section.
Back fill and compact layer wise with granular material around the manhole.
